    Wisconsin’s Early-Stage Business Investment Program and Qualified New Business Venture Program (QNBV) work together to spur investment in early-stage Wisconsin businesses with the potential for significant economic impact and job growth.   • NEW Manufacturing Alliance
    The Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance is the premier Talent Alliance in Northeast Wisconsin support manufacturing talent development. NEW Manufacturing Alliance is a group of manufacturers in the New North region working with educational institutions, workforce development boards, Chambers of Commerce organizations and state organizations to promote manufacturing in Northeast Wisconsin.
  • Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD)
    The DWD is the state agency charged with building and strengthening Wisconsin’s workforce. The DWD offers a wide variety of employment programs and services, including: securing jobs for the disabled, protecting and enforcing worker’s rights, processing unemployment claims and ensuring workers’ compensation claims are paid in accordance with the law.
  • Wisconsin Small Business Development Center – UW Oshkosh and Wisconsin Small Business Development Center – UW-Green Bay
    Small Business Development Centers in Northeast Wisconsin work in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration and the University of Wisconsin-Extension, the Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) to provide free counseling services and moderately-priced training programs to startup and existing businesses.
