1. Create toolkit to share with smaller businesses who do not have talent resources to develop recruitment, development and promotion strategies for BIPOC talent – expand resources of CEO Action Pledge
2. Provide BIPOC mentors to small businesses and students in the region
3. Create and market affinity groups for BIPOC professionals in the New North region
