- Moved more Corporate Training and Economic Development (CTED) offerings online so employers can keep providing training for their employees
- Transformed teaching and training strategies so new and incumbent workers could learn in-person safely

- Continued the Earn and Learn program – connected graduating seniors with companies that were willing to hire them for the summer, with the opportunity to received tuition assistance for college this fall

- Welding instructors working with local business to develop a basic blueprint reading class to be offered to new production support people
