Transformed teaching and training strategies so new and incumbent workers could learn in-person safely
Worked with local employers to write grant applications that support more than $1M in workforce training
Provided industry partners with information on opportunities to diversify and grow their business during challenging times
Continued the Earn and Learn program – connected graduating seniors with companies that were willing to hire them for the summer, with the opportunity to received tuition assistance for college this fall
Worked with CESA 8 to offer and promote virtual career events
Welding instructors working with local business to develop a basic blueprint reading class to be offered to new production support people
