Ava Pepin

Ava Pepin is the Business Development Specialist at New North Inc., the regional marketing and economic development organization for the 18 counties of Northeast Wisconsin.

In her position, Ava supports regional business and corporate attraction efforts and helps advance Northeast Wisconsin’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Her work includes project coordination, research and development of briefing materials, support for Requests for Information (RFIs), and implementation of strategies aimed at supporting diverse businesses. She also plays a key role in supporting the NEW Launch Alliance and works closely with regional partners and stakeholders across the New North footprint.

Before joining New North, Ava served as the marketing and communications coordinator for Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin, where she led integrated marketing and communications initiatives to promote organizational programs, services, and community impact. In that role, she collaborated with internal teams and community partners to strengthen awareness and engagement through coordinated content strategies.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, Ava holds a bachelor’s degree in democracy and justice studies. During her final year, she served as a digital marketing and social media intern for UW–Green Bay’s Continuing Professional Education and Workforce Training department. A native of Powers, Michigan, Ava was a recipient of UW–Green Bay’s University Leadership Award and was also nominated for the Chancellor’s Medallion.
