- Launched a micro-grant program for companies asking for less than $5,000 in PPP loans which led to $1.25 million to 325 small businesses requiring no payback
- Modified over 900 loans to either interest-only or deferrals of payments for 90-120 days
- Processed 1,494 mortgages in Q2 alone for roughly $342 million
- Waived service charges for small businesses and automatically qualified our Real Rewards checking
- Opened our lobbies back to the public
