Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce

• Supported businesses in our region by providing information, resources and assistance including writing over 220 letters of acknowledgement for small businesses applying for WEDC’s We’re All In grant program
• Built and maintained a robust website of resources containing public health, business support opportunities, financial assistance programs, state and federal law changes and reopening guidance documents
• Created a coalition of business organizations called Stronger Together (alongside Appleton Downtown Inc, Appleton Northside Business Association, Fox Cities Convention and Visitors Bureau, Fox West Chamber, Future Neenah and Heart of the Valley Chamber) to collaboratively provide virtual events, learning opportunities and resources for our business community to stay informed, continue learning and connect with one another
• Helped produce two low-interest Rapid Recovery Loan programs to assist local businesses that were negatively affected by COVID-19 in partnership with local organizations in Outagamie County and Winnebago County, providing over $440,000 to support businesses in order to remain financially viable as well as retain their employees
