Helped to retain licensed daycare in the community by leasing the building that was used for daycare and subleasing it back to a new operator at a reduced rate
Collaborated with Door County Public Health, Destination Door County, and Door County Economic Development Corporation to publish guidelines for local businesses in reopening safely and effectively
Hosted several town hall meetings with local businesses to answer questions and help alleviate anxiety related to re-opening
Worked directly with the school boards of local schools to provide advice and help with their re-opening efforts, and have staffed school nurses at 4 of the local school districts to provide Covid screenings and testing onsite
Hosted numerous Facebook Live events to share updated on Covid with the community and educate them on the best ways to prevent the spread of the infection
