  • Put into effect its Business Continuity Plan, outlining crisis procedures and communications, and conducted in-person training for all 100+ employees in the office and field
  • Instituted COVID-safe work practices at all job sites and offices (PPE, masks, temperature checks)
  • Provided flexible work options to parents of school-age children and those who provide elder care
  • Increased communications and supervisor training on our free Employee Assistance Program to address the added mental health and family stress issues facing our community in these times
