- Made commitment to employees and their families by continuing to employ and hire more than 100 essential and non-essential workers, no layoffs
- Put into effect its Business Continuity Plan, outlining crisis procedures and communications, and conducted in-person training for all 100+ employees in the office and field
- Instituted COVID-safe work practices at all job sites and offices (PPE, masks, temperature checks)
- Provided flexible work options to parents of school-age children and those who provide elder care
- Increased communications and supervisor training on our free Employee Assistance Program to address the added mental health and family stress issues facing our community in these times
