  • Provided additional high-speed data to our residential and business customers
  • Joined the FCC’s ‘Keep America Connected’ pledge to minimize financial hardships, including no termination of service due to inability to pay bills and waived late fees during the pandemic
  • Offered emergency pay options for our 750+ employees for Covid-19-related complications and allowed flexibility in work schedules when possible to accommodate family needs, including school and daycare
