Goals:

1. Intentional Onboarding – new staff of color will get mentor/cultural liaison
2. Create networking opportunities for underrepresented BIPOC Staff in our region
3. Provide system of support and resources for District(s) EDI Leaders that can assist with navigating the successes and challenges of this work and keep the “why” and the importance of this work for all students at the forefront
