• Continue to employ 4,200 total with over 1,500 in Wisconsin and over 1,000 in Brown County
• Investing in largest capital project in company’s history in Green Bay Wisconsin during pandemic- first new paper mill in over 30 years
• Capital cost into region of $600 million; contracted with Miron Construction as General Contractor and Voith as OEM for Paper Machine
• Supported nearly 1,000 construction, electrical, piping, equipment contractors on site during pandemic
• Implemented COVID protocol at all sites involving Personal Protective Equipment, Social Distancing, Sanitation and Flexibility
