- Retained all Foth employees – members donated paid time off to be shared with other members who had little/no work
- Found innovative ways to set up members to work from home, even those members with responsibilities that can’t normally be performed from home
- Assisted in landing several large contracts for other companies in the region such as Fincantieri Marinette Marine, ConAgra, and Birdseye
- Assisted in developing an entire plant’s automation equipment for a new facility for Andersen Windows
